Please note: there are multiple Royal Family Kids Camps. Campers may only attend one camp per summer.

Wilsonville Royal Family Kids Camp provides a free 5-day overnight summer camp for kids who have experienced the foster care system. Our camp is staffed by trained and background checked volunteers to provide a week of fun and positive memories- so our campers can truly just be kids.

Our volunteers are trained to use Trust-Based Relational Intervention (TBRI) and all of our programs are designed to promote relational, emotional, and spiritual experiences that benefit children for a lifetime.

Activities that Campers may participate in: fishing, swimming, boating, zipline, horseback riding, archery, crafts, woodshop, engaging bible stories and dramas, music, dress-up, and special evening activities each night!

 Camper Safety

We prioritize safety, trauma-informed care, and fun for every child at camp.
Our volunteers are specifically trained to serve vulnerable children and follow policies & procedures set forth by For The Children.

"I really wanted to go to a camp that really got me. Where I could share my thoughts, feelings, and friendships too. One that would take me even with all of my issues and anger and anxiety. Royal Family KIDS Camp is a place where everyone is equally the same. This camp is like no other camp anyone will go to and I'll never forget all the amazing experiences and memories that were made there. I would love to say thank you for all that you have done for me. I can't wait to be a counselor there some day."
